FULL PLANNING/SHOPPING - OPTION 1: (AFTER INITIAL CONSULT)

 

Outline of the process -

- Mood boards for each room you need and style choices. (I like to have an overall style for a home but give each room its own individual personality.)

- Usually for each room you need help, we approve and order where possible - lumping together living areas, or bedrooms for the sake of delivery and ease.

- A full Stock list of purchases and prices from suppliers, delivery costs for approval.

- Approval and transfer of deposit/funds from you - then I purchase through my business and trade accounts. (This way you get access to all of our exclusive discounts and wholesale accounts.)

- Delivery, I generally may have some extra large items delivered straight to the address where possible - then deliver and install/style other items myself. (This may be staggered over a couple installs or one if we can for ease. Dependant on stock and timings.)

- We come in for a day and set up, build any flat packs, hang artwork, and clean up. (All hooks, light globes, and removal of rubbish is included free as part of our service.)

- Any tweaks or adjustments or extras we may want to pursue at the end, usually decor and accessories is a last stop area we do.

 

BUDGET:

- For this full service, I charge an hourly rate for my work of $132.00 an hour inc GST. These hours are invoiced intermittently as work progresses, so you can keep up to date with budget and hours. We can give you an estimate as we go.

- Any other costs such as delivery/transport fees (around $200.00) and staff for set up, building of furniture at your home, etc. (Staff wages charged at $44.00 an hour inc. GST if they are needed) Usually just the day of install if any.

- Your furniture budget, whatever you have to spend on furniture and decor goods, we usually discuss this at the beginning to keep within a budget for furniture.
